Memphis Consulting Group, LLC has been helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams since 2009. We provide services to small and midsized companies in the Real Estate, Construction, and Staffing Industries. Our main focus is to help companies become more tax efficient, through tax preparation, tax debt resolution, tax planning, tax recovery, and tax risk management. We also provide ancillary services such as accounting, audit, and attest services.

Our overarching goal is to help our clients navigate the adventure of entrepreneurship through education and the provision of world-class services. Our underlying values are integrity, diligence, and a commitment to excellence.

Jonathan D. Nyaku, CPA

Jonathan Nyaku, CPA, has received extensive training in the fields of accounting, tax, and financial management with a career that spans over 29 years in four countries. His career destinations include two of the "Big 4" global accounting firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant and specializes in tax consulting services.

Jonathan focuses on tax resolution, tax recovery, and tax reduction. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor, a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a Chartered Tax Consultant, and has travelled extensively in the United States, Canada, Kenya, and Ghana. Jonathan obtained his BSC in Statistics and Computer Science, from the University of Ghana and his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategic Analysis of Accounting Information from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.

Jonathan Nyaku was born in Ghana, West Africa, and currently calls Memphis, Tennessee in the United States, the birthplace of rock n' roll and the home of rhythm and blues, home. Jonathan is a father of three and lives with his beloved wife Amakuma. He enjoys reading, physical fitness, business philosophy, writing, and hanging out with his friends, when he is not in the office.
